Data analysis and data visualisation are becoming increasingly important in the circles of business and politics.

Using Tableau Public 9.0 [1], I’ve created a dashboard that allows the user to choose any of the 55 parliamentary constituencies in the South West of England.

The dashboard will then show the candidates, parties, votes and vote share in the 2015 General Election for that seat [2].

It also shows the change from the 2010 General Election, along with the shift (such as ‘CON gain from LD’), turnout and the current MP’s name and majority.

Please make use of this tool if you wish.
